Duesenberg Model J Riviera Pheaton by Brunn 1934 Orange & Black 1:18 by Matrix
Duesenbergs were always exclusive machines, with a chassis alone costing $8500 in the late 1920s and completed cars anywhere up to around $20,000!
Only three of these stunning Riviera Phaetons were built by Brun of Buffalo NY. Two were supercharged, one not and it is the blown cars which are modelled beautifully here as 1:18 resin miniatures by Matrix.

About Matrix
From the original creators of the Neo range, this resincast series offers a wide range of mostly road car subjects. Some are very familiar classics but we also see plenty of very rare and usual machines ranging from Maharajah's Rolls Royces to Citroen and Volvo limousines! Overall casting quality is excellent, paint finishes usually to a very high standard and plenty of fine etch used for small trim. Wire wheels on some subjects can be a little unconvincing but otherwise very consistent. Made in China.
