The Pagani Imola, named after the circuit on which it was modelled and tuned, is a road-going hypercar with an absolute racing character, embodying the ultimate track technology by Pagani Automobili. Horacio Pagani said "We can’t say that it’s an elegant car. We wanted an efficient vehicle, this led us to design a car with additional aerodynamic features." Manic attention to weight saving with the carbon and titanium monocoque but also with the introduction of Acquarello Light, a new system that allows to reduce the weight of the paint by 5 kg while maintaining the intensity of the color and shine unchanged. Imola is Pagani limited production of extremely rare units, all already sold, the Pagani Imola has undergone the most rigorous track validation cycle ever applied to a Pagani car. In addition to the regular and already scrupulous validation, in fact, the IMOLA has covered over 16,000 KM on track at race speed, the equivalent of about three times the 24H of Le Mans.
