We were less than impressed with the road version of this subject from Oxford and with race numbers on it is no better. The shape is off, especially the nose length, the stance is terrible and it just looks wrong. On the plus side the paintwork is to the usual high standard and the decals are correctly placed.

About Oxford
Traditional diecast models, mostly of historic British vehicles. Overall shapes and paint finishes usually excellent. Some of the smaller detailing such as wipers can be a little heavy and wire wheels are sometimes replicated with printed acetate discs. Price point is very low, so something has to give and with a few accessories they make excellent models. Made in China for the UK.
