Aston Martin V12 Vantage S Red by Oxford
Also available OXFAMVT002 Silver
There was disappointment when Aston Martin announced the end of production of the V12 Vantage in 2013, but it was short lived when the lighter, more powerful Vantage S was announced as a replacement. The styling changes are relatively subtle with adjustments to splitters and spoilers and most obvious, new wheels. The shape of the model is very good and the small details look to be correct. The Volcano Red paint is evenly applied and has a nice fine grain, but is very thin with the panel lines showing through with white edges.

About Oxford
Traditional diecast models, mostly of historic British vehicles. Overall shapes and paint finishes usually excellent. Some of the smaller detailing such as wipers can be a little heavy and wire wheels are sometimes replicated with printed acetate discs. Price point is very low, so something has to give and with a few accessories they make excellent models. Made in China for the UK.
