Cooper T24 Alta Italy 1953 #28 Moss by K & R Replicas
There were two Cooper-Altas built for Stirling Moss in 1953, the first was a radical re-development of John Cooper’s design and described by Moss as a complete dog. The second, this car, was more conventional and reasonably quick, though at Monza tyre problems and four stud wheel fixing led to long delays. The shape is similar to the standard Mk2 cars but there are subtle changes from the Bristol-engined machines and these have been well observed in the cleanly cast parts.

About K & R Replicas
