Delivered new
to Joakim Bonnier (bought upon Stirling Moss advice) in black with a central
yellow stripe and firstly raced in various circuits in the UK (Oulton
Park-British Empire Trophy, Aintree 200, Daily Express-Silverstone -9th). Then
back to the Factory and set up (red tonneau-cover and additional tank) for the
Supercortemaggiore race at Monza paired with Herbert McKay-Fraser (DNF). After
that resprayed in Swedish colors of light blue and yellow for the Rheinland
Nurburgring (DNF). Then back to Italy for various races (GP Pescara, 5Hours
Messina, GP Roma) and Shell Cup at Imola (DNF). The year after the 150S Bonnier
was updated with 200S engine and bodywork.
