Cooper T24 F2 Alta 3rd Goodwood 1953 #6 Moss by Jade Miniatures
Cooper Alta Goodwood 1953 #6 Moss
Kit available JAD4395
These two hand built models depict firsts for the Cooper Alta. Goodwood was the first appearance of the new machine and it ran unpainted, with Moss finishing third in the Lavant Cup at the Easter Meeting. In France a few weeks later the car had been painted and sported a few modifications, most obvious being a different exhaust, and this was its first championship GP outing. The Goodwood car has a satin silver finish while the deep green on the French version has a realistic level of gloss.

About Jade Miniatures
A well established range of well thought out kits and hand built models of competition cars, mostly from the golden era of the 1950s and 60s. The kits are generally pretty simple with well cast resin bodies, small numbers of resin and white metal ancillaries and a modest amount of etch. In the case of open wheeled subjects, the etch usually includes most or all of the suspension. Hand builts generally well finished. Made in France.
