Talbot Lago T26C Dundrod 1951 #10 Hamilton by Jade Miniatures
Talbot Lago T26C Dundrod 1951 Hamilton
Kit available JAD43169
Another unusual colour combination from Jade, the privately entered Talbot Lago of Englishman Duncan Hamilton was finished in British Racing Green for the Ulster Trophy at Dundrod, a race which only lasted three laps for him before the camshaft broke! The proportions of Jade’s model look very good and there are plenty of small etched details fitted for fasteners etc. The paint finish has a realistic level of gloss and the general assembly is neatly done.

About Jade Miniatures
A well established range of well thought out kits and hand built models of competition cars, mostly from the golden era of the 1950s and 60s. The kits are generally pretty simple with well cast resin bodies, small numbers of resin and white metal ancillaries and a modest amount of etch. In the case of open wheeled subjects, the etch usually includes most or all of the suspension. Hand builts generally well finished. Made in France.
