Belkits’ new releases are always well received and looking through this well thought out set of parts it’s easy to see why. The model is kerbside, so there is no engine detail but underneath there are plenty of suspension parts and in the cockpit we also see a high level of detail. Those interior parts include fabric and etch seat belts and spare wheel strap. The framing on the windows must be painted, so adhesive masks are included and the windows themselves fit in simple pins, hidden by the painted area. The decals include all of the green sections of the livery and this is clearly printed in a fine metallic. Two options are offered from the Barum Czech rally, the winning car of Hanninen or the sister car of Kopecky who retired with engine failure. Out of the box this looks like a fun project and with these cars being very popular on ERC and IRC events, the aftermarket decals have already started appearing.
