We think that this four door version of the Ferrari 400i, built by Robert Jankel Design and dubbed ‘le Marquis’ remained a one off, based on the only info that we can find being images of the car in the colours seen here. The extra length in the wheelbase certainly provided spacious seating for four and the lines of the car are well balanced. The panel engraving on the model is a little uneven, but the proportions look good and the rather unusual two-tone colour scheme is neatly applied, as is the fine etched detailing.
